Description
The Bounganville is a prestigious villa located in an extremely panoramic position about 400 metres from the beach of San Felice Circeo. You will find it overlooking the sea, facing a boundless view in shades of blue and azure, located in a residential area just 100 metres outside the village of San Felice Circeo. You will be able to reach the village comfortably on foot to enjoy a dinner in a typical restaurant or for an aperitif in the characteristic and ancient “piazzetta”.
In our opinion, the villa is ideal if you are looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea without having to use the car for constant transfers and at the same time it is a strategic place to visit central - southern Italy, you can easily reach both with day trips, Roma is only 100 km away and Napoli 150.
The village of San Felice Circeo, besides being a renowned seaside resort, is also rich in history; its origins are very ancient and date back as far as the Neanderthals. Near the villa you can visit an archaeological area that in the summer is also used to organise suggestive events and musical shows. The town is also part of the Circeo National Park, created to protect the history and natural beauty of this area.
From the tourist port of San Felice Circeo you can take the ferry and in just over 1 hour reach the beautiful island of Ponza where you will find a crystal-clear sea and its characteristic colourful houses!
Certainly the highlight of the villa, apart from the interiors and the amenities - the bedrooms are all air-conditioned - the furniture and the elegant finishing touches, in the prevailing and relaxing shade of white, is the beautiful, fully-fenced private garden. From here you can enjoy a splendid view of the gulf below but above all it has a covered terrace, spacious and finely furnished and equipped, the perfect location for your evenings in the open air, for “al fresco” dining or for relaxing with your favourite book. On the property you will also find a private parking space and a tennis table for leisure time with the children. At the villa your small pets will be welcome.

GROUND FLOOR: wide living room with fireplace and sofa, kitchen, dining-room, single bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry room. From the living room access to the beautiful, panoramic terrace with sea view and equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bath, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom with shower. The three double bedrooms have balconies with sea view.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Lovely House
This is a lovely house in a great seaside location. The photos are very accurate. Parking for multiple cars is a problem as the gate to the home is narrow but we were able to park a small FIAT and a larger vehicle inside the gates. Other than the parking challenges, the house is very well equipped, has nice linens and is very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again. Sandy

Check-In problemlos. Die Villa ist in natura noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Traumhafte Ausblicke, allerdings ist im Oktober die Sonne gegen 16 Uhr weg. Das Meer ist nah, die Rampe steil, der Rückweg hat es in sich, Kardiotraining. Bis zur komplett touristischen Altstadt ist es nur eine Treppe hoch, trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig. Einkaufen am besten „ downtown“, da gibt es große Märkte, gute Fischläden und herzliche Dolcerias. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas nüchtern eingerichtet, aber eigentlich war alles da. Die überdachte Lounge ist sehr geschmacksvoll, das Mobiliar, Betten etc. hochwertig.. Wir (7) würden die Villa wieder buchen!
Very nice house
Very nice house with lots of space and everything you could ever need for a great holiday. The view is very beautiful! The outside space is nice, well kept and very peaceful. The villa is greatly located a few minutes away by walking distance from the heart of the village of San Felice Circeo where you can find everything you need for your stay. We loved staying here!
