Description

You will find this old brick farmhouse overlooking a panoramic Valdichiana hillside, just a few kilometres from the village of Foiano della Chiana. From the villa and the swimming pool you could always enjoy a fresh breeze and a magnificent view of the valley below.
Foiano della Chiana is only 2 km away from the house. In the village there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, typical restaurants and all the necessary services and we certainly recommend a visit to the small historic centre, it will be pleasant and relaxing to spend an evening here, out for dinner.
By car, you can also easily reach the most beautiful art cities and suggestive Tuscan and Umbrian minor centres for day trips. In a short time you will be able to reach Arezzo, Perugia and Siena, Lake Trasimeno with its small islands and beaches is about 30 km away and just 2 km from the villa, for shopping lovers, you will find the Valdichiana Village a stone's throw from the villa.

The accommodation, located entirely on the ground floor, with vaulted ceilings, ancient brick arches, the typically rustic Tuscan style of the interiors and a large fireplace, recalls rural traditions and offers an atmosphere full of warmth, where you will immediately feel at home.
You will have a large living-dining room with sofas and kitchen corner, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa is ideal, in our opinion, if you are travelling with your family or even with your group of friends, to spend a relaxing holiday discovering the wonders of Tuscany and nearby Umbria.

For your exclusive use a beautiful, large swimming pool (size m. 5x15, depth m. 0.60-1.60 - open from 01 May to 30 September) overlooking the valley from a panoramic terrace. It is equipped with sunbeds, parasols, hot shower and changing room and is completely enclosed. It will be your perfect spot to spend hot summer days relaxing with your children.
You will also have access to a cool pine forest next to the swimming pool, laundry, barbecue and children's games.
One of the highlights of the house is the beautiful porch, located at the front of the building, is equipped with a table and benches and will be an excellent location for your outdoor dinners or barbecues with friends.
