Description
Villa Molin Vecchio is an old farmhouse in a privileged position on a hill in the Valdichiana. It is a typical brick farmhouse, situated on the top of a hill, where a cool breeze always blows and you can enjoy a magnificent panorama that fades into the valley below.
From the original structure, two apartments have been obtained, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, which are not connected internally. The typically rustic Tuscan style of the interior will give you an ambience filled with warmth, where you will immediately feel welcome and cosy.
For your exclusive use there is a splendid swimming pool located on a panoramic terrace, equipped with sunbeds, parasols, hot shower and changing room (size m. 5x15, depth m. 0.60-1.60 - open from 01 May to 30 September and completely enclosed), where it will be fantastic to spend hot summer days relaxing with your children.
A cool pine forest next to the swimming pool, a laundry room, barbecue and children's playground are also at your disposal. A nice porch equipped with a table and benches will be perfect for your open-air dinners.
You will find the village of Foiano della Chiana 2 km away. In the village there are shops, services and typical restaurants where we definitely recommend going for dinner one evening; Chianina meat and Tuscan red wines are the must-tries. By car, you can also easily reach, for day trips, the most beautiful art cities and suggestive Tuscan and Umbrian smaller towns such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, and the Lake Trasimeno area. About 2 km away you will also find the Valdichiana Village, ideal for shopping lovers.
Interior description
Ground floor apartment with typical vaulted ceiling, large sitting/dining room ideal to eat all together, with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with single sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Going down 2 steps on reach the living room with sofa and TV, double bedroom, twin bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Porch equipped with table and benches to eat outside.
First floor: with entrance from an external staircase and typical loggia, made up of sitting/dining room with kitchenette and large fire place, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom with possibility to add a single bed, bathroom with shower and bathroom with bath. Large terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Amazing time
We had an amazing time at this house, it was beautiful, cool and spacious. The pool was delightful. The nearby towns were lovely. The host left us some fantastic recommendations, especially for a local vineyard.
A fantastic holiday
We spend a week in this beautifull villa, Molin Vecchio. We had the whole area for ourselves with a group of 18 people. Nice swimmingpool and a great view! The communication could be better but we solved everything. It was a fantastic holiday and I would definetly recommend it.
The very best
This the second year I have used Eurocasa and cannot fault them. The Villa Molin Vecchio was excellent. Marvelous location with easy access to all that Tuscany and Umbria have to offer. Inside the apartments were beautiful. Clean, spacious, comfortable and very well kitted out. The outside was again spacious, safe for the children and lots of furniture at the pool and on the patio. The owners were extremely helpful when needed and yet totally unobtrusive. I have nothing but praise for the whole set-up. Thanks to all.
Fantastisk beliggenhed
Vi havde en fantastisk uge i huset. Det er perfekt, hvis man rejser med 2 andre familier (som vi gjorde) og gerne vil have hver sin lejlighed. Samtidig var det rart, at man have hele huset for sig selv og ikke skulle dele det med fremmede. Ejerne var utrolig venlige. De kom med grøntsager og hjemmebagte tærter til os. Motorvejen, som der nævnes i beskrivelsen, hører man stort set ikke. Så den skal man ikke være bekymret for. ********** We had a great week in the house. It's perfect if you're travelling with 2 other families (as we were) and would like to have separate apartments. At the same time, it was nice to have the whole house to yourself and not have to share it with strangers. The owners were incredibly friendly. They brought us vegetables and homemade pies. The motorway mentioned in the description is barely audible. So you don't have to worry about it.

Trascorso soggiorno in gruppo di 15 persone con figli. La location è perfetta per escursioni nei dintorni e per giornate di relax con gli amici e famiglia a bordo piscina. Casa accogliente e pulita con camere e spazi comuni ampi. La proprietaria è molto gentile e precisa; il fratello passa tutte le mattine a pulire la piscina in modo che sia sempre perfetta. Da consigliare per soggiorno.
Meravigliosa proprietà con vista incantevole
Meravigliosa proprietà con vista incantevole sulla campagna toscana. La casa è non solo bella, ma comoda, attrezzata benissimo e perfetta per un gruppo grande come il nostro (8 adulti, 5 ragazzini e un cagnolino). I padroni di casa sono perfetti, molto attenti e comunicativi, ma discretissimi. La posizione è ideale per gite in giornata a Firenze, Arezzo, Cortona, Anghiari e la splendida e vicinissima Lucignano.
Maison magnifique
Moulin Vecchio maison magnifique, très grande pour des vacances en famille nombreuse. Les lits sont parfaits, très propre, la piscine est superbe, les transats un plus pour profiter du soleil. Je recommande cette maison. La propriétaire est à l'écoute et réactive, très appréciable.
