The details:
Arrival and welcome at the company, you will prepare two different types of pasta, one stuffed and the other long, strictly by hand. You will also make two different sauces, which will vary based on the seasonality of the products, such as Chianina ragù, aglione (garlic sauce) or other.
During the Pasta Class, you will taste two wines: a sparkling and a white.
Afterwards, you will be accompanied on a shared guided tour of the vineyard, the cellar and the oil mill, at the end of which you can enjoy lunch accompanied by the tasting of a rosé and two reds, one of which is a Syrah.
Lunch includes a first course of bruschetta seasoned with the company's own Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Tuscan pecorino; then, the two types of pasta prepared during the lesson and to conclude the very famous homemade Tuscan cantucci served with Vinsanto.
