Description
Villa Ca' di Vestro is located on the top of a high hill in the valley of the Arno River, reached by going up a 1.5 km road, partly unpaved and partly cemented, which is steep but can be travelled by any type of car. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.
Around the villa there is a large fenced and equipped green area. Adults and children can have fun playing exciting table tennis and table football tournaments. The beautiful furnished portico will be your safe haven of tranquillity where you can enjoy a glass of local wine or an open-air dinner with typical products that you can buy from the owners. The photovoltaic panels make the villa independent from traditional energy sources and enhance its ecological address. The swimming pool, completely fenced (mt. 5x10, depth mt. 1,40 - open from 01st May to 30th September), overlooks the valley from a natural terrace.
The decor of the house, consisting of period furniture, is rational and comfortable, and in its simplicity, offers a clean and neat style.

GROUND FLOOR: Sitting-dining room with kitchen corner, fireplace, sofa and TV, opening out onto large porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase double bedroom, double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower.
All the 5 bedrooms and the sitting-dining room are endowed with wall fans.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 180.
Heating Euro 9 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 12 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Nice Holiday
A very nice and charming holiday home, but good space and a wonderful pool. Lovely terraces around the whole house with both sun and shade options. Unique and beautiful location, but an absolutely fantastic view. We would definitely like to come back.
Super nice place
We were 10 people who thought the location was just so beautiful. I have been to 3 places in Tuscany none as beautiful as this. Neat house, clean and tidy, with the space you need, good rooms. Swimming pool is super relaxing.
The perfect view
I will strongly recommend this villa for long staying. The perfect charming view, wonderful and peaceful area. Big house with all facilities and no one is around. Just you and your family. My husband and I really enjoyed this place !
Quiete assoluta
La casa è veramente molto bella, molto pulita e curata nei particolari. Essendo sulle pendici della montagna, isolata da tutto, si gode di un bellissimo panorama e non c'è nulla e nessuno che disturbi la quiete.

Oasi di pace e tranquillità
Abbiamo passato dieci giorni stupendi in questo luogo , isolati da tutto e da tutti e immersi nella natura con paesaggi stupendi da ammirare delle vallate toscane. La villa e’ fornita di tutto ciò che può servire per passare una buona vacanza e nonostante il proprietario non brilli per simpatia e loquacità devo dire che hanno assecondato ogni nostra richiesta facendoci piccoli regali e piccole cortesie che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Nel complesso è una vacanza da consigliare a chi , come noi , cerca la pace e la tranquillità . PS : portate con voi un repellente per i tafani potrebbero essere molto fastidiosi !
