Description
Pagliazzone is a cottage with private and fenced garden and is located in the hills of the Val d'Ambra, dominated by the ancient ruins of the Cennina Castle and immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside. A short walk will take you to the characteristic village of Bucine. When you feel like leaving the swimming pool and the peace of the garden for a while, the small, typical villages of the Val d'Ambra and Chianti are easy and quick to reach, and Arezzo, Florence and Siena are excellent day trips.
The little house is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden with a well-kept lawn, shaded by tall pines and filled with flowers, where your pets can run freely. A view of the surrounding vineyards and hills will accompany your lazy summer days, along with several corners designed for relaxing in peace. You decide which is the best spot to enjoy the view... whether it is from the cool water of your private swimming pool (5x11 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), or from an armchair under the pergolas, perhaps from the shady gazebo hidden among the trees, or from a sun lounger by the pool...
The typical Tuscan furnishings, with their rustic charm, together with good equipment complete the whole. The cottage is particularly suitable for couples.
The owners live next door and are very attentive to the well-being of their guests and clean the pool and garden every morning.

Small single house on one level situated in front of the swimming pool, composed of living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace double bedroom with added single bed and bathroom with shower.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 250 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Heating Euro 0,70 per kwh (if used).
Air conditioning Euro 0,70 per kwh (if used).
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Beautiful
The villa was stunningly beautiful! It was not only one of the most well kept accomodation we have stayed in, but we got lost on arrival (our bad navigating), and owner even came and picked us up. The owners went out of their way to accomodate and make our stay the most memoriable and best experience we have ever had, we are so grateful.
Ein wunderschönes Idyll, fernab von jeglichen Tourismus
Ein wunderschönes Idyll, fernab von jeglichen Tourismus. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Ein großer Garten mit Hängematten, ein privater, sauberer Pool, 2 voll ausgestattete Häuschen. SUPER! Alles sehr schön und von Ledda und ihrem Team bestens gepflegt. Wer alte Städte anschauen möchte: Arezzo, Siena und Florenz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wunderschöner Urlaub. Pool und die Ferienanlage wird täglich gereinigt. Wer die absolute Ruhe genießen will, für den ist dieser Urlaub genau das Richtige. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich um Alles. Wir habe den Urlaub schon weiterempfohlen und kommen wieder.
Amore a prima vista
Quando nel sito di Eurocasa Holiday ho visto questa villetta con piscina privata è stato amore a prima vista. Ho contattato tramite e-mail Eurocasa Holiday e poi per me è stato più facile e veloce il fantastico servizio disponibile ed esaustivo con informazioni etc che è proseguito su messaggistica whatsapp. La padrona di casa Ledda è una splendida signora solare e piena di energia che con amore si prende cura dei clienti come fossero figli suoi. Ricordo anche che la Villa è circondata da un grandissimo terreno verde con molte piante che riparano e rinfrescano nelle calde giornate estive, dove anche i nostri amici a quattro zampe (noi avevamo Teddy) possono scorrazzare in libertà in quanto è tutto recintato. Ci torneremo sicuramente presto.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti dei servizi offerti e della casa, ancora meglio che nelle foto. Pulizia ed accoglienza impeccabili, una menzione speciale per Ledda veramente fantastica. Soddisfatti di tutto la parte organizzativa relativa alla prenotazione, nello specifico semplice e molto professionale. Torneremmo sicuramente al pagliazzone ed il voto è 10!
Die Unterkunft war riesig
Die Unterkunft war riesig. Alles wirklich eingezäunt und super gepflegt. Das große Haus beim Pool war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das kleine Haus oben an der Einfahrt war auch in Ordnung nur das Bett lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool ist riesig und wirklich tief. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Am Ende wurde uns Geld von der Kaution für Feuerholz und die Klimaanlage abgezogen. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzer war schwierig, da sie nur italienisch sprachen. Eine ÜbersetzerApp hat etwas geholfen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mitten in der Toskana.

Posto fantastico anche per i cani dove siamo stati coccolati dalla padrona Ledda che è una persona eccezionale . Da tornarci sicuramente!
Posto incantevole
Magnifica settimana trascorsa in un posto incantevole, immersi nel verde. Il giardino è delizioso, davvero grande e perfettamente curato e ben tenuto. Svegliarsi, aprire la porta e tuffarsi in piscina con due passi è veramente bello. Tutto è molto pulito, inclusa la piscina che viene manutenuta e pulita tutti i giorni. Ledda e Paolo sono due persone fantastiche, simpatiche, gioviali, disponibili e... instancabili! Per chi ha la fortuna di assaporare la cucina di Ledda poi, la vacanza si arricchisce non di poco. Le bambine hanno adorato questo posto e i suoi proprietari, e senz'altro ci torneremo.
