Description
Pozzonovo is an old farmhouse divided into 3 comfortable apartments and is the result of the skilful and careful renovation of a stone building. The three units have independent entrances and in the garden their own area equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your meals in the open air.
You will find the farmhouse immersed in the Valdichiana countryside and, at the same time, close to the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, which can be easily reached on foot with a walk of about 1.5 km. From the railway station in Castiglion Fiorentino it will be easy to travel by train for day trips to Florence, Rome and other interesting cities in central Italy.
We advise you to immerse yourself in the life of the small village, its shops, bars and restaurants; you will get a glimpse of country life that still harks back to ancient traditions and customs.
The stone walls, wooden and brick ceilings and simple but comfortable furnishings give the apartments a special charm. You will immediately feel at home, welcomed by a warm atmosphere and by Mrs Rita, the owner, who is always ready to assist her guests in times of need.
Together with the owner, you will be able to make use of the large outdoor area, a cool, large 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 0.90-1.40 m - open from 01 May to 30 September) located in front of the house, the badminton court, table tennis and bowling green.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 150 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Heating Euro 2 per m3 per apartment (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day, applied for the first 7 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
A great stay
We had a great stay. The apartment is comfy and well equipped and the garden and pool simply beautiful. The village nearby is also lovely to discover. We didn’t miss anything. Thanks for everything!

Delightful little self-catering apartment flat in a gorgeous manicured garden not far from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino. Friendly and helpful owners.
Un lugar tranquilo
Pozzonovo es un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar de unas plácidas vacaciones, idóneo para familias con niños. Exteriores limpios y bien cuidados en los que poder disfrutar de un amplio jardín , piscina, barbacoa, ping pong, petanca, badmington, mesas y sillas. La relación con los propietarios excelente. Y a escasos kilómetros de lugares de gran interés turístico. ********** Pozzonovo is a quiet place to enjoy a peaceful holiday, ideal for families with children. The grounds are clean and well maintained, with a large garden, swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong, petanque, badminton, tables and chairs. The relationship with the owners is excellent. And just a few kilometres from places of great tourist interest.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato molto piacevole. Immerso nella natura e abbastanza lontano dai rumori della città. Piccolo, confortevole e molto pulito. Dotato di una grande piscina, l'amaca su cui rilassarsi in giardino e un mini resort per le tartarughe. La proprietaria che ci ha accolti con la sua cagnolina Perla è stata davvero gentile e cordiale. Flessibile il check-in ed il check-out. Inoltre, l'appartamento si trova in una comoda posizione per raggiungere Arezzo e Cortona ed è a pochi passi dal centro di Castiglion Fiorentino, supermercati, bar e la stazione ferroviaria. L'unica nota è quella di aggiungere in casa alcune cose essenziali che non possono mancare. Consigliato!!
