Description
Agriturismo I Grandi di Toscana is a typical Tuscan farm, spanning 62 hectares, nestled among olive groves and vineyards in the heart of Valdichiana, about 20 km from Arezzo and 5 km from Monte San Savino. From its privileged position on a gentle hill, you will be treated to breathtaking panoramas and sunsets.
The property consists of two farmhouses with a total of 8 elegant apartments and 2 suites with private bathrooms, accommodating up to 33 guests. Each apartment features a private outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing evenings spent enjoying a good glass of wine. If you rent the entire property for your group, rest assured that space will not be an issue!
For a relaxing vacation with all the comforts and amenities, I Grandi di Toscana is the right place for you. You will have access to a vast outdoor area with a well-maintained park, a beautiful saltwater infinity pool (dimensions 6x12 m, depth 1.20 m, open from May 1st to September 30th), where you can enjoy a poolside aperitif, a synthetic grass tennis court perfect for friendly matches, and trekking paths for walking enthusiasts.
Upon request, a rich breakfast can be prepared for you in the common room of the agriturismo (for an additional fee). The property also houses the "San Ferdinando" cellar, where excellent DOCG wines and extra virgin olive oil are produced, which you can taste and purchase on-site.
Just a few kilometers away, the town of Monte San Savino awaits. This charming Tuscan village, rich in history and architectural beauty, is perfect for those seeking an authentic countryside experience, away from crowded tourist paths. Here, you will find shops and services of all kinds, as well as numerous typical restaurants and trattorias. LUCA SIGNORELLI, 4 persons. First floor apartment with entrance from private external staircase and typical panoramic loggia equipped with table and chairs, living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV. Double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower.
PIERO DELLA FRANCESCA, 6 persons. Apartment on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: entrance on living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV. Twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: access by internal wooden staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
GALILEO GALILEI, 4 persons. Apartment on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: entrance on large living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV, bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal spiral staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage Deposit Euro 1.000 (to be paid upon arrival in cash). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Heating Euro 7 per m3 per apartment (if used).
Air conditionig Euro 10 per day per apartment (if used).
Pets (small size only) are welcome on payment of Euro 7 each per day.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Breakfast Euro 12 per person.
Rental of equipment for playing tennis.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Excellent location
Excellent location and nice overall atmosphere. There is an active vineyard on the property, which is a big plus. The pool area was very nice and cozy. The nearby small town of Monte San Savino was one of our favorite in Tuscany.
