Description

Casa Bella is a typical stone villa situated on the top of a hill and offers a 360° view of the green hills of the Senese countryside. To give you an idea of how exceptional the view from Casa Bella is, we can tell you that we have often organised painting courses here. Looking around you will find inspiration in the landscape, which in itself is something to frame. Families with children as well as groups of friends have enjoyed their holidays in this villa, and thanks to the wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities, fun for young and old is guaranteed. The warm colours of the walls and the simple furnishings make the house warm and welcoming.

Every day you could choose to do something different, relax in the panoramic garden, take a dip in the swimming pool (size m. 8x4, depth m. 1,20, fenced in - open from 01st May to 30th September), have exciting challenges at tennis (size 18x9 m. tennis court), table tennis, billiards or foosball. Children can play in the children's playground next to the swimming pool. After dinner in the gazebo next to the pool you will be delighted by the sunsets, which offer different lights and colours every day.

You will certainly not be inclined to leave the house, but as there are beautiful towns and cities rich in art nearby, we would advise you not to miss the opportunity to visit them. Torrita di Siena, Montepulciano and Pienza are all within a maximum of 20 km, Siena is 50 km away.
The last part of the road to Casa Bella (about 3 km) is not asphalted and has a few steep stretches, but don't let this scare you because after the first time you will not have difficulties, and you will look forward to returning home to enjoy the tranquility and your favourite view.

    Dream house

Casa Bella is real Tuscany dream. Exactly what we needed. It was my son's 12-th birthday and went there with friends and family to celebrate the occasion. 5 children and 9 adults - age from 7 to 70. There was something for everyone in the house. Lovely garden for my mum, pool and jacuzzi for us and tennis table, tennis court, pool table and many more things for the children. We had an Italian chef for the dinner - it was lovely. Local food and wine. Would recommend it to everyone.

    Thank you

Hi Michela and thank you so much for all your help in organising our trip to Casa Bella. We had the most wonderful time and loved our five days there. I'm sorry that we arrived so late. It meant a lot to us that you were able to stay up and help us find the house. The owner Sesto was so nice during our stay. He would visit each day to make sure we were alright and our little girl Annabelle (aged 3) grew very fond of him by the time we left :). Thanks again, we'll be sure to recommend your services to other friends.

    Great

Fantastic views, nice pool, billiards, table football, lot of space. Excellent restaurants near by. A bit challenging road to reach the house.

    Great location

The house is located absolutely wonderfully with views all around, including to Montepulciano and Montefollonico, the outdoor areas are lovely and the rooms and bathroom and toilet conditions are quite excellent. The kitchen is a bit small for a stay for many people, when it is not only "our mother" and possibly father standing in the kitchen. A nice long dining table and two sofa arrangements, which bear the impression of being a bit put together and probably do not quite live up to our "coziness" wishes, together with a pool table and foosball make up the indoor living facilities in the living room on the ground floor. There was also internet and television, but the latter remained unused. On the first floor were five of the seven bedrooms in total, and here also in the large living room were kitchen facilities that we did not use, apart from the fridge, and a large dining table. Perhaps it would have been a bit difficult if the evenings had been cold and rainy. but we thoroughly enjoyed it. A man comes who, we got the impression, was the owner or one of them, and looks after the garden and pool, every day. Neither he nor anyone else on arrival or departure speaks anything but Italian, but with a little imagination, a little French pronounced in Italian and a few Italian words, it went fine. There are many small roads in the area that you can walk on and a walking route between Torrita di Siena and the very cute little town of Montefollonico, the beginning of which is the long dirt road up to the house, after which it goes along more unused paths and unfortunately is poorly marked . All the small towns in the area have charming old elevated town centres. There is a lot to see in the area, but then a car will be necessary, I would assume, also for shopping. However, we spent most of the time at the house, where there is an unfenced tennis court - be careful with long balls :-) - and in addition to the small pool also the jacouzzi, which is absolutely fantastic in the moonlight with the formidable view. If you are okay with the 2.8 km dirt road, it is absolutely wonderful here!

    Tolle Lage, sehr gepflegt.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen inkl. Kinder dort.
