Description
The Pieve di Sant'Ippolito is a small outbuilding in the heart of the Crete Senesi. You will find it on the outskirts of the village of Asciano, in a panoramic and sunny position. The property is composed of the manor house where the owners' family lives, an annexe and the very ancient Church of "Sant'Ippolito e Cassiano", whose origins date back to the 3rd-4th century AD. Inside the church you can admire a beautiful fresco painted by several renowned artists of the Umbrian school, such as Pinturicchio and Raphael, but erroneously attributed to the Sienese painter Giacomo Pacchiarotti a minor artist of the Sienese school. On 13 August, for the feast of Saints Ippolito and Cassiano, the church will be open to the public and a Holy Mass will be celebrated there. During the rest of the year, being part of private property, the owners allow it to be opened only on rare occasions, while guests of the house will be able to visit it freely.
You will reach the village of Asciano, with shops and services of all kinds, by a pleasant walk of just a few minutes.
All around the house you will find a large, fully fenced garden equipped with children's games, a table tennis table, barbecue and tables and chairs for your outdoor meals. The beautiful round swimming pool (dimensions 13 x 8 m, depth 1.20 - 2.10 m) with water geyser, infinity edge with waterfall and 3-seater whirlpool bath will be at your disposal on hot summer days. Near the pool there are two gazebos furnished with relaxing armchairs, table, deckchairs and sun loungers for your days of rest in the company of your favourite book. Some outdoor spaces and the swimming pool are in common use with the owners.
At Sant'Ippolito you will find well-kept furnishings and the many facilities inside the house (air conditioning, satellite TV, barbecue, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, mosquito nets, alarm system and Wi-Fi connection) will guarantee a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The owners are very helpful for any needs during your stay and particularly sensitive to energy saving, in fact the house is equipped with solar panels for the production of hot water.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Lovely Property
Very friendly and helpful hosts!!!! A lovely quiet property close to Asciano entre and railway station. Nice hiking trails. Overall a perfect place to spend your vacation!
Highly recommended
I highly recommend staying in this wonderful place. It is an ideal house for families with children. In the beautiful, large garden you will find a wonderful swimming pool, trampoline, swings, basketball and football courts. Everyone will find something for themselves here. The cottage is very well equipped. The hosts are delightful people. In addition, it is a great base to explore Tuscany. We left with regret, it was a very special time for our family. Thank you once again for your hospitality.
Wonderful apartment
Wonderfull appartement with lots of things to do in the area around it for our children (3+9 years): basket ball, table tennis, trampoline, swing, slide and of course the nice and big pool with springboard. Very clean house and full equiped kitchen with dish washer and also a washing machine is available. Starting in Asciano you can reach by car Pisa (2,5h), San Marino (3h), Florenz (90min), Siena (45min), Saturnia thermal bath (2h) and even Rome by train (1h) from Chiusi train station (45min from appartement by car). The hosts are very friendly and kind as well as helpfull.
Beautiful place
Beautiful place, super house with perfect pool and lots of space around it. Close to Asciano (10-15 min walk). Good Wifi and air conditioning and a very friendly family that assists you when needed. Good base to discover Tuscany. We have enjoyed.

We loved our stay here. The hosts and their Family are very friendly. The house is clean and complete. The property is well maintained and a joy to spent time. Loved the pool as well. We will be back!
Highly recommended
We stayed here with my parents and newborn son when we came to the area for a wedding. It is perfect for a family holiday, especially with children. The house is immaculate but the best bit is the outdoor space. Gorgeous pool, lawn, patio, BBQ area and play area with swings etc. There aren’t any other holiday rentals on the property so you only share it with the owner’s family who are absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. A welcome package with some local produce was a really nice touch. We also enjoyed walking into Asciano each morning for coffee. Perfectly located for trips to Siena and other Tuscan villages. We would highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
