Description
Villa Alabastro is a beautiful country house, skilfully restored in the Tuscan tradition. You will have at your disposal two spacious and comfortable independent apartments where you will feel at ease in a genuinely familiar environment. A warm and welcoming atmosphere in an enchanting place that we are sure will win you over. Villa Alabastro is located within the farm and the owners also live a few steps away, who will pamper you and be a sure reference point for all your needs.
You will find the farmhouse in the tranquillity of the beautiful hills of the Alta Val di Cecina, with a beautiful view of endless, ever-changing natural landscapes. Soft green hills, expanses of golden cultivated fields and endless blue skies, all of which you can enjoy from the garden and your swimming pool. The perfect place, in our opinion, for an unforgettable holiday.
The Etruscan city of Volterra is only 10 km away and a little further away you will find all the most famous art cities of Tuscany: San Gimignano 25 km, Pisa 50 km, Siena 65 km, Florence 75 km and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea 50 km. If you love nature you can, on foot or by mountain bike, plan fantastic excursions along 'ecological' roads, with appropriate signposting, that will lead you to discover the infinite natural and artistic beauties of the area.
In the large green area around the farmhouse you will find the beautiful swimming pool, completely fenced in and for private use (size 10x5 metres, depth 1.10-1.50 metres - open from 01st May to 30th September). In the garden, for your dinners in the open air with your family and friends there is an equipped gazebo, outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor a comfortable common room equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, blender and freezer, perfect for breakfast or an evening with friends.
Interior description
The villa consists of two apartments each with an independent entrance not connected internally.
The ground floor apartment consists of a living-dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, with entrance only from the outside, there is also a common room equipped for gathering.
First floor apartment with entrance from external staircase, consisting of large living-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 120.
Heating Euro 20 per day (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day applied for the first 3 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Everything is simply perfect
The place, the property and the owner, everything is simply perfect. This has been the third year we were there and hope to come back next year.
Beautiful house, lovely quiet location
Huis was prachtig, heerlijk rustig gelegen, alles was brandschoon. Zwembad was geweldig! Verhuurders wonen er naast maar was geen probleem, waren zeer vriendelijke behulpzame mensen. Spreken wel alleen Italiaans. ***************** House was beautiful, lovely quiet location, everything was spotless. Swimming pool was great! Landlords live next door but was no problem, were very friendly helpful people. Only spoke Italian.
Una splendida vacanza!!!
Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza!!! Appartamenti completi di tutto, ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio come fossimo a casa nostra. I proprietari molto gentili e sempre disponibili ad ogni evenienza. I nostri bimbi si sono divertiti moltissimo nella piscina!!! Un ringraziamento a Ivo, Susy, Davide e Silvia!!! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente a trovarli e trascorrere una nuova vacanza in questo magnifico posto della Toscana!!!

Villa stupenda
Io ed i miei sette amici siamo stati benissimo. Ottima pulizia ed i proprietari simpaticissimi. La villa è stupenda, adatta a gustosissimi barbecue, con tutti gli utensili del caso. Speriamo di tornarci nel periodo estivo quando si potrà utilizzare anche la piscina esterna.
Ein wunderschöner Ort
Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und freundliche Eigentümer. Wir waren mit 7 Personen, 3 Kinder, 4 Erwachsene und ein Hund. Es war genug Platz für alle, die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet. Vor allem für die Kinder war der große saubere Pool sehr schön. Ein kleiner Makel muss gesagt sein, noch nie so viele Stechmücken gehabt.
Belle maison
La maison est bien équipée et la propriété bien entretenue quotidiennement. Piscine agréable.
Toller Ort
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, es war alles sehr sauber. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Das Haus liegt einsam. Fernab von Tourismus oder Straßenlärm. Ideal für Ruhe suchende. Toll ist der Pool. Wir waren zu siebt und es gab für jeden eine Liege. Ferner Sonnenschirme. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren entgegen der Beschreibung vorhanden. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan. Sie waren freundlich, sprechen allerdings nur italienisch. Mit Händen und Füßen und Google Übersetzer aber kein Problem. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über frische Tomaten und Kartoffeln, die uns aus eigener Ernte geschenkt worden.
