Description
Villa Aba is a characteristic stone house with a private swimming pool, nestled on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, the villa is dominated on one side by the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona and on the other by the imposing Castle of Castiglione del Lago. Within a few minutes' drive you can reach Arezzo, with the masterpieces of Piero della Francesca, the medieval towns of Montepulciano, Pienza, Lucignano, Lake Trasimeno and Perugia.
Just 4 kilometers away is the town of Castiglion del Lago with its impressive castle, stores, restaurants and services of all kinds, from where also starts the bike path, giving you the possibility to ride around Lake Trasimeno in peace.
On the large fenced garden all around the villa equipped with table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue, has been installed a very nice swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m., depth m. 1,50 , water depuration with salt -open from 01st May to 30th September). The villa has high quality and characteristic furniture and is equipped with all modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and safe.
Villa Aba is also perfect for welcoming your pets, thanks to the fenced garden that allows them to move around freely and safely.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Electric car charging on demand on payment.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 120.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day.
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Tourist Tax Euro 0,80 per person per day, applied for the first 5 days only, children up to 14 years do not pay.
HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.

Villa is fantastic for families with brilliant grounds and an amazing pool.
Lovely, well-maintained villa
Mooie, goed onderhouden villa op rustige locatie naast twee andere villa's gescheiden door een haag. Tijdens verblijf worden privé zwembad en tuin onderhouden door de vriendelijke eigenaars wat een pluspunt is. Vanuit Castiglione zijn heel wat mooie dorpen en steden te bezichtigen. Een auto ter plaatse is een must. Een aanrader voor een ontspannen(gezins)vakantie zonder toeristendrukte. **************** Lovely, well-maintained villa in quiet location next to two other villas separated by a hedge. During stay, private pool and garden are maintained by the friendly owners which is a plus. From Castiglione there are many beautiful villages and towns to visit. A car on site is a must. Highly recommended for a relaxing (family) holiday without the tourist crowds.
We liked the accommodation very much
Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Unser Haus war sauber, die Zimmer hatten alle ein WC mit Dusche, der Salzwasserpool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt. Es war fast alles so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Die nette Dame, welche den Schlüssel übergeben hat spricht Italienisch. Die Übergaben bei An und Abreise haben hervorragend geklappt.

Posto incantevole, le foto rispecchiano la casa, accoglienza impeccabile. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Struttura molto bella, meglio delle foto pubblicate. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile. Molto spazio in giardino, disponibili anche delle bici. Torneremo sicuramente.
