Description
You will find Villa Il Cedro nestled in the hills covered with vineyards and olive groves that mark the natural border between the two most beautiful regions of central Italy, Tuscany and Umbria. The house is situated in a panoramic position. From the garden, on clear days, you will enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and the mountains of Cortona, and the towns of Castiglione del Lago 12 km, Montepulciano 15 km, and Cortona 18 km are easily accessible for day trips, for an evening out to dinner or for an aperitif. These towns have ancient origins and with their historic buildings, churches and stone-paved streets, they will welcome you in an atmosphere of times gone by.
One of the villa's strong points is undoubtedly its green enclosed park, composed of pines, cypresses, firs and a centuries-old cedar, a peaceful refuge for your four-legged friends and a safe place for your children to play. In the garden you will have at your disposal a barbecue, a table tennis, swings for the children, and a beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.60 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and beach umbrellas, perfect for escaping the summer heat and for an aperitif by the pool.
The proximity to Petrignano del Lago is also something you will appreciate. In 5 minutes you can walk to buy fresh bread or hot croissants in the morning. The road to the village is just a few metres from the house, and there you will find restaurants, bars and small shops. The house is furnished in a simple way but you will have every comfort, such as air conditioning in the living room, to ensure a nice holiday in absolute relaxation.
Interior description
GROUND FLOOR: the house is made up of two connected units. From the front entrance there is a sitting room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Large sitting/dining room with kitchenette facing the large terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

HOW TO BOOK
To make a reservation you can book directly on the site by selecting the dates in the calendar of the desired accommodation, or you can send an e-mail to info@eurocasa.com specifying the name of the villa and the period you want to book and we will send you our booking confirmation with all the details to proceed with the payment.
Methods of payment (by bank transfer or Credit card)
At the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a deposit of 20% the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 35 days before the beginning of the stay.
If the booking is made within 35 days prior to the start of the rental period, the amount must be paid in full upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation terms
-20% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 36 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 35th day and the day of commencement of the rental, and in case of No Show.
Beautiful garden, phenomenal view
Het huis is een ruim huis, gelegen op een fantastische locatie. Het huis is wat verouderd, maar alles is er aanwezig om er een fantastische vakantie van te maken. We kwamen niets te kort. De tuin is prachtig en het uitzicht van op het balkon is fenomenaal. De gastheer doet er alles aan om de gasten in de watten te leggen en was steeds bereikbaar voor vragen. **************** The house is spacious, situated in a fantastic location. The house is a bit outdated, but everything is there to make it a fantastic holiday. We were not short of anything. The garden is beautiful and the view from the balcony is phenomenal. The host goes out of his way to pamper guests and was always available for questions.
Great place
Great place. A lot of interesting areas 1 hour driving distance, Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano... all was great! Moreover the whole place itself was better than the photos. The only thing, when we tried to clean the bathroom we realised there is no drain, so it is not easy to clean it.
Schöner Pool und riesen Garten
Schönes sauberes Haus mit allem was man so braucht. Einzig die Küche könnte etwas besser eingerichtet sein. Riesiger gut gepflegter Pool in einem richtig großen Garten. Super netter Vermieter der sich sehr im Hintergrund hält und die Poolpflege und Blumengießen immer früh morgens erledigt um nicht zu stören.

Location fantastica e accoglienza impeccabile. Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie con 2 bambini ciascuna e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La vista sulle campagne circostanti è mozzafiato e la piscina privata è la ciliegina sulla torta. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima posizione
Posto incantevole al confine tra Toscana ed Umbria, vicino a Montepulciano, Cortona e Castiglione del Lago. La villa è spaziosa, pulita con ottimo spazio esterno e piscina, perfetto per un soggiorno di relax e privacy. Il proprietario si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

C'est une maison que nous avons déjà loué +/- 10 fois. Elle est très bien située pour voyager et visiter pas mal de villes. De plus le propriétaire est très sympathique et attentionné.
