Villa Cantagallo possiede il fascino di altri tempi di un'antica villa padronale. Le stanze ampie, i caminetti, gli archi, la pietra a vista, ben si combinano con l’arredamento rustico scelto dai proprietari, e vi riporteranno indietro nel tempo, quando queste enormi dimore erano il fulcro delle fattorie.
Trovate Villa Cantagallo a poca distanza dalla suggestiva città etrusca di Cortona (8 km), meta di sicuro interesse artistico, storico ed architettonico che merita assolutamente di essere visitata. A Cortona lascerete il cuore, nei suoi vicoli lastricati che si arrampicano sulla collina, vi immergerete in un’atmosfera quasi magica, come sospesa nel tempo.
Non dimenticate di cenare in uno degli innumerevoli ristoranti e trattorie del centro storico, il nostro consiglio è senz’altro vino rosso locale e una bella Tagliata di carne Chianina!
Fino a pochi anni fa la casa era il cuore di una vasta fattoria, poi una recente ed accurata ristrutturazione, che i proprietari hanno effettuato con amore ed attenzione a mantenere inalterate le antiche caratteristiche della villa, l'ha trasformata in una accogliente casa per vacanze.
Tutt'oggi accanto alla casa trovate la cantina dove il proprietario produce dell'ottimo vino (Vino DOC Cortona), che potrete degustare gratuitamente durante le vostre vacanze.
Tutto intorno alla casa avrete a disposizione un ampio spazio verde attrezzato con gazebo, tavolo e sedie per le vostre cene all’aperto in compagnia, barbecue, giochi per bambini e posti auto ombreggiati. Sul retro della casa è posta invece la grande piscina (dimensioni 6x12 m., profondità m. 1,20-1,40 - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) per il vostro uso esclusivo. La piscina dispone di un ampio spazio completamente recintato adatto anche per stare in compagnia dei vostri amici a quattro zampe in sicurezza.

PIANO TERRA: Cucina con camino, ampio soggiorno-pranzo, con porta-finestra che si affaccia sulla piscina, con grande camino, poltrone e divani, camera matrimoniale con letto singolo aggiunto, bagno con doccia.
PIANO PRIMO: con accesso da scala interna si trovano quattro camere matrimoniali e due bagni con doccia. Possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo in una delle camere.

Pulizie finali obbligatorie Euro 150.
Riscaldamento Euro 1,50 al litro (se utilizzato).

COME FARE PER PRENOTARE
Per effettuare una prenotazione è possibile farlo direttamente sul sito selezionando le date nel calendario dell’alloggio desiderato, oppure potete inviare una e-mail a info@eurocasa.com specificando il nome della villa e il periodo che volete prenotare e vi invieremo la nostra conferma di prenotazione con tutti i dettagli per procedere al pagamento.
Modalità di pagamento (tramite Bonifico Bancario o Carta di Credito)
al momento della conferma di prenotazione sarà richiesto il pagamento dell’acconto del 20% dell’ammontare complessivo della prenotazione.
Il pagamento del saldo dovrà essere effettuato entro 35 giorni prima dell’inizio del soggiorno.
Se la prenotazione avverrà nei 35 giorni precedenti l’inizio della locazione, il relativo ammontare dovrà essere interamente versato al momento della conferma di prenotazione.
Termini di cancellazione previsti
-20% del prezzo di locazione per annullamenti pervenuti fino a 36 giorni prima della locazione.
-100% del prezzo di locazione per gli annullamenti pervenuti tra il 35° giorno ed il giorno di inizio della locazione, e in caso di No Show.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 7 großen Kindern) hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen. Tiziano und seine Familie waren sehr nett und immer zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Leider gab es sehr viele Moskitos, aber zum Glück hat das Hsus an den Fenstern Fliegengitter. Wir sind gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder!
The vibe of beautiful Tuscan countryside
Great place and hosts! At Villa Cantagallo you can feel the vibe of beautiful Tuscan countryside with a great view on Cortona and surrounding fields. The place offers a lot of privacy and is very peaceful. The house is spacious, comfortable and keeps cool despite the hot weather outside. The main area outside is nicely exposed to the sun with the big swimming pool to escape the heat. There is a small fence between the house and the pool which makes it more secure when traveling with small children (like we were). The host and his family are wonderful people and they really make you feel welcome!
A great piece of Italy around you
Alles geweldig! perfekte ruimte voor grotere groepen/families. Erg behulpzame en aardige host, kwam elke ochtend even langs om het zwembad schoon te maken en te vragen of we nog iets nodig hadden. We kregen zelfs een fles van hun eigen wijn en een schaal verse eieren van hun kippetjes. Enige om te beseffen is dat je echt eigen vervoer nodig hebt, het is ver van alles en lopen of openbaar vervoer is niet handig! Met de auto ben je overal snel en dan heb je een geweldig stukje Italie om je heen. Bedankt voor alles, wij hebben genoten! *************** Everything great! perfect space for larger groups/families. Very helpful and nice host, stopped by every morning to clean the pool and ask if we needed anything else. We even got a bottle of their own wine and a bowl of fresh eggs from their chickens. Only thing to realise is that you really need your own transport, it is far from everything and walking or public transport is not convenient! By car you get everywhere quickly and then you have a great piece of Italy around you. Thanks for everything, we enjoyed it!
It was super nice!
It was super nice! We were four adults and four children and we all felt very comfortable. The typically tuscan, very beautiful house would even have had room for another family. The host family was fantastic - always helpful and sympathetic. The large fenced swimming pool, not too deep, is perfect for children. A special highlight was the wine tasting at the host family's winery. Many thanks for that! We already miss it and can very well imagine further holidays in Villa Cantagallo! :)
Recommendable place
Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette dejlig sted. Det har været nogle super gode værter, hvor der er god kommunikation. Vi nød særligt ude område med den overdækket terrasse og pool området. ****************** I highly recommend this lovely place. The hosts are super good, good communication. We particularly enjoyed the outside area with the covered terrace and pool area.
Lovely villa
Wij verbleven hier eind mei en hebben ontzettend genoten van huis tuin zwembad en de gastvrijheid ongekend! Wijntour geweldig gevolgd met wijn proeverij (echte aanrader). Mooie dorpjes in omgeving. ***************** We stayed here at the end of May and really enjoyed the house, garden, swimming pool and the amazing hospitality! Great wine tour followed with wine tasting (highly recommended). Beautiful villages in the area.
Miss it already!
A truly authentic experience, with hosts that truly look after you. They will feed you lunch and go through their amazing wines. Which made for a great afternoon. We would all recommend you do the wine tasting. If you want to expierence Italy without the hustle and bustle of a city then this is the villa for you. The traffic was non existent, the locals were kind and the place had a true old world feel. The location of this villa is perfect for Cortona, which you can see at the end of the large pool in the garden. Not only that, but it's easy to get to local cities and mountain towns in tuscany and in umbria. If you can fly to Perugia which is only 50 minutes away it will prove to be an easy drive to the villa. The local shops may be abit pricey for grocies, but there is a Lidl store about half n hour away by the lake, which is worth the trip. With a BBQ, a large pool and lots of dinning areas this is truly a great villa for a large family and friends holiday. The layout of the building also compliments this, with three bathrooms, with bedrooms right next to them. Could not recommend more, miss it already.
Just perfect
The villa was just perfect for our group of 12 including 4 kids. The grounds and surrounding was just beautiful from enjoying barbeque outdoors to splashing in the pool and having walks amidst the sunflower fields. The owners were helpful and kind and we couldn't have asked for a better accommodation for this holiday.
